2022 TRI-STATE'S BEST FINALIST

BEST LAWN CARE/LANDSCAPING COMPANY

A BIG "Thank You!" to everyone who took the time to vote for Kingdom Landscaping in the Herald-Mail's annual local business awards; also known as the "Reader's Choice" Awards.  We are extremely honored to have made it in the Top 3 contenders for the BEST LAWN CARE/LANDSCAPING COMPANY for 2022. 

We were nominated in 2021, and made it to the second round of voting by being in the Top 5, but we didn't make it into the Top 3.  But, we didn't give up, and we were excited to be nominated once again in 2022.  If you're not familiar with this contest, there are several voting rounds to make it into the Top 3. 

NOMINATION ROUND - EARLY SPRING 2022

The geographical business area for the Tri-State's Best Awards includes companies from Washington County, Maryland, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and Berkeley County, West Virginia.  In our category, LAWN CARE/LANDSCAPING, there are a lot of companies to choose from.  As a matter of fact, I did a quick online search for lawn care companies in Washington County as well as Landscaping companies in Washington County, and there are well over 200 companies (with some crossover listings), and that's just in Washington County, Maryland.  That doesn't include the other two geographical areas (Franklin County and Berkeley County). 

WE MADE IT INTO THE TOP 5! - JUNE 2022

After the nomination round, only the Top 5 nominees get placed on the ballot.  That's quite an accomplishment in itself.  Again, thank you for taking the time to nominate our company.  

WE MADE IT INTO THE TOP 3! - AUGUST 2022

In August, we were notified that we had made it into the Top 3!  Wow!  All of the Top 3 companies are invited to attend the Tri-State's Best Awards Gala where they will announce the Top 3 Finalists along with the winner.

GALA EVENT AWARDS CEREMONY

The Awards Ceremony took place on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Green Grove Gardens in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.  The event included red carpet arrival, cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and presentation of the awards by Miss Maryland.

AND THE WINNER IS....

Nature Boys Landscape & Construction.  Finalists:  Kingdom Landscaping and Grosh's Lawn Care.  Unfortunately, we did not get the #1 Spot, but we did come in #1 and win a prize for the best social media post during the event.  Our vlogging (video post on Facebook with #TriStatesBest) got us noticed!
